May 20-22, 2025 - In-person event, Plymouth, Michigan (Detroit)
We look forward to gathering in person for the 12th escar USA 2025, May 20-22. As always, escar USA will bring together automotive cybersecurity professionals from industry, academia and government organizations.
Modern automobiles are complex cyberphysical systems, interacting with their passengers, the environment, infrastructure and each other in rich and subtle ways. Nearly every system in a modern vehicle is computerized, and the complexity and degree of interaction of these systems is increasing at a rapid pace. Automotive cybersecurity is a crucial, multi-faceted topic with many aspects found in traditional IT security, but also has numerous automotive-specific elements and considerations.
The automotive ecosystem is incredibly complex with deep supply chains and an intricate regulatory environment. escar USA strives to provide a forum to encourage collaboration among private industry (e.g., OEMs, suppliers, vendors), academia and government entities (e.g., DOT, NHTSA, DoD, DHS, European Commission) regarding modern in-vehicle cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities and risk mitigation / countermeasures. The technical program of escar USA is created to feature leading international experts in all these areas.
In addition to our robust technical program, escar USA provides the automotive cybersecurity community with the opportunity for casual information exchange, networking and collaboration. The event venue and agenda are selected and designed to create a valuable and informative experience for our attendees. The event will start in the evening of May 20 with a Welcome Reception, followed by two days of presentations on May 21-22.
We hope you can join us in Plymouth, Michigan, in May!
In 2025, ETAS will be again isits AG’s event partner and organizer of escar USA.
